I believe that the answers and ways to get through the hardships in life reside within us, and I am committed to your transformation and what that means for you. My one-on-one sessions focus on what is resonating with you at that time and offer a multitude of methods to discover what connects with your values. I utilize mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and guided imagery and collaborate with you on goal setting.
