My Approach
My practice focuses on a person-centered model of therapy that facilitates an environment where you can feel supported and embraced so you can truly begin to explore new parts of yourself. This includes assessing my clients completely and acknowledging all biological, psychological, sexual, social, and spiritual aspects of a life to see the person as a whole. These entry points allow for contemplation and examination about how you create meaning in your own life, while also presenting the opportunity for movement within your journey.
My approach engages a mixture of humanistic, feminist, and social justice perspectives that work together to see an individual within all the roles and identities they possess. I am a sex positive, kink-affirming therapist and feel passionate about working with sexuality topics surrounding gender expression, consent and agency centered communication, LGBTQIAS exploration, polyamory and consensual non-monogamy. I am also neurodivergent affirming and seek to support and accommodate what folks know what works best for them.

Credentials
I am a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Clinical mental health counseling is a distinct profession with national standards for education, training and clinical practice. Licensed mental health counselors are professionals who provide flexible, client-oriented therapy. They combine traditional psychotherapy with a practical, problem-solving approach that creates a dynamic and efficient path for growth and problem resolution.
I studied at Bastyr University and graduated in 2016 with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a focus of health psychology. I completed my twelve-month practicum at Seattle Therapy Alliance where I worked with women on a multitude of issues including anxiety, depression, body image, relationships, discrimination and other trauma experiences.
I completed Antioch’s Sex Therapy Certification program in 2024.
